ICAI has opened the CA Inter Exam form for the Jan 2025 exam on Nov 20, 2024. The Last date to fill out the form is Nov 23, 2024, without a late fee. In addition, students can fill out the CA Inter Exam form by 26 Nov 2024, with late fees of Rs 600 for Indian Students and $10 for foreign students.
CA Intermediate Exam Form Jan 2025: The ICAI CA Intermediate Exam Form Jan 2025 will be available from Nov 10, 2024, to Nov 23, 2024. Students can fill out the Exam form by Nov 23 without late fees. Until you miss the deadline, students can fill out the exam form by Nov 26 with late fees of Rupees 600.
Furthermore, ICAI has also released the CA Intermediate exam dates for November 2024. The CA Intermediate exam for the Jan 2025 sessions is scheduled for Jan 11th, 13th, and 15th for Group 1 and 17th, 19th and 21st for Group 2 2024.

Requirements for Applying for Jan 2025 Exams
Candidates who are planning to appear in the Jan 2025 exams are advised to check their status at the Self-Service Portal (SSP) and be assured that they meet the eligibility criteria to be able to effortlessly fill out the exam forms at SSP.
Before filling out the exam form, please check the following:
- Candidates are required to have valid login credentials on SSP. If not, please visit https://eservices.icai.org/ to create the login.
- Candidates are required to have valid course registration. In case of lapsed course registration, please make sure to convert on SSP.
Conversion: Candidates whose course code in their dashboard is not as under need to convert to the new
course before making an application for Jan 2025. No fees are required to be paid
– Intermediate: NEWINT23 or CONINT23
– Foundation : NEWFND23 or CONFND23

Photo Requirements
- The photo should be coloured or black/white with 80% face (without face mask) visible including
- Ears against a white background.
- Must have a clear contrast of the image.
- Do not wear goggles and caps while taking the photo. However, they can wear spectacles.
- The background of the photograph must be white and must be clearly visible.
- A straight-looking relaxed face should be there.
- If flash is used while taking the picture, then make sure that there is no “red-eye”.
- No caps or goggles are allowed; however, religious headwear is allowed, but it should not cover the face.
- No selfies are allowed
- The photograph be scanned as jpg/jpeg having size 20-50 KB
- The scanned Photo should be well cropped so that there are no extra/white spaces and the image is
stored as jpg/jpeg - Take care that the photo as described above fits in the size 4.5 cm by 3.5cm
Signature Requirements
The requirements for the scanned signature are:
- The signature should be done on a white sheet with a black pen.
- The file size of the image must be between 10-20 KB (clearly visible)
- The scanned signature should be well-cropped so that there are no extra/white spaces and the image is stored as jpg/jpeg
- Take care that the signature as described above fits in the size 6 cm by 2cm

Who Can Apply for the CA Intermediate Application Form Jan 2025?
Students who fulfill the following minimum eligibility criteria can apply for the exam form for the CA Intermediate.
- A student must have filled out the CA Inter Registration form.

How To Fill the CA Intermediate Exam Form Jan 2025?
To fill out the CA Inter exam form in Jan 2025, follow the below-mentioned steps:
Step 1: Log in to the icaiexam.icai.org website with your unique credentials provided by ICAI.
Step 2: Make all the changes in your profile and click on the Apply Now button.
Step 3: Fill in the required details and click on Save & Preview.
Step 4: Click on the Back to Form option to edit your details. Once everything is properly filled, click on ‘I agree‘ and make the Final Submission by clicking on the Final Submit button.
Step 5: Pay the CA Intermediate exam form fee via Credit, Debit Card, Net Banking, VISA, or Bhim UPI.
Step 6: If you successfully pay the fee for the CA Intermediate Exam Form, the portal will show a notification with payment details. (Note them for later reference.) A PDF file of the filled and submitted exam form will be generated. You need to download the PDF file.
If the form has your photograph and signature, your application for the CA Inter exams has been successfully submitted. However, if the form does not have your photograph or scanned signature, you need to follow these steps.
- Take a printout of the exam form and attach your latest colored passport-size photo. Then, sign the form.
- Get the form attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Finally, after completing the above attachments and formalities, send the physical copy of the CA Intermediate Exam Form.
ICAI will ignore the submission of forms with photos pasted on already-appearing photographs in the PDF and over-signed signatures. No such changes will be made.

Exam Timings for CA Intermediate Jan 2025
The exam timings set by the ICAI are 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, i.e., the afternoon session is the same as earlier. However, the timings for the Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Muscat Centres will be 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM, which corresponds to Indian timings.

CA Intermediate Application Form Correction Window
Students who made any error or mistake while filling the CA Intermediate Exam Form of May 2023 will be given one chance to correct all the errors. ICAI will open the Correction Window for students to make corrections in the Medium, Group, Centre, Zone, Region, etc.
Correction Window 1– ICAI will open the 1st correction window from March 4 to March 10, 2023. In Correction Window 1, students can change or correct their error in the Medium or Centre and ICAI don’t charge any amount for Correction Window 1.
