Steps to Apply for ICAI Exam Verification Online
Online verification for CA Results September 2024 marks verification is simple – all it requires is filling out and paying a form and fee to initiate it. Follow these steps for successful mark verification:
1. Visit the eServices Website
To initiate the marks verification process, navigate directly to eServices’ official website, where marks verification services can be found. The website is https://eservices.icai.org/.
2. Log In
To log into your account, input your user ID, password, and captcha code before clicking Log In.
3. Choose CA Paper(s) for Verification
Once logged in, select which CA papers you wish to proceed for ICAI Exam Verification.
4. Submitting a Handwritten Request
You must write your verification request on paper, scan it, and upload the scanned version to the website. No typewritten application is acceptable; hence, students must ensure that they submit the handwritten application.
The application should mandatorily include the following details and also duly signed by the examinee:
- Student Name
- Student Registration No
- Exam- Final/Intermediate (IPC)/CPT
- The month and year of the exam
- Roll No
- Paper(s)/subjects to be verified
- Address for communication
In case the examinee had selected a Hindi medium to appear in the exam, then the application should also be in Hindi.
5. Pay the Verification Fee
You must now pay the required verification fee online to initiate this verification process.
Step 6: Submit Form
Once all steps have been fulfilled, submit the form to finalize your ICAI Verification Result request.
Process for Offline ICAI Exam Verification
Candidates unable to submit applications for verification may choose the offline submission option instead. The applications must be handwritten and follow specific guidelines.
You must write the application form and Demand Draft payable to “The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, payable at New Delhi, and mail this package directly through Speed Post to:

The process of ICAI Exam Verification may result in:
- No Change of Marks
- Increase in marks with no effect or effect to result or exemption in one or more papers
- Decrease of Marks
The verification process can often take 45-60 days or 6-8 weeks;. At the same time, CA Institute strives to inform applicants quickly of its outcome. This could take longer in certain instances due to the time-consuming processes involved.
Candidates can view the Results of Mark Verification/Revaluation in ICAI’s official website. Also, written communications will be sent directly to each examinee concerned. Candidates applying for verification must keep checking the ICAI’s website.
Should a candidate not hear back within 15 days before starting an exam, it is suggested they contact the Additional Secretary (Examination) using relevant email IDs or helpline phone numbers.
