Visit the official exam website of ICAI at icaiexam.icai.org.
Login to your account by entering the user id and password.
A form will appear with your details, verify them and click on Save and Preview
If any detail is filled wrong, click on Back to Form and correct them.
After correcting the details, click on the Final Submit button.
Now, submit the declaration form by submitting the required details.
Complete the exam form process by paying out the required fees.
After the successful payment, print the form for any future reference.
